Push100 is a simple tool that helps you calculate and log your pushup progress toward your goal of 100 pushups. Based on the "Double Max" method published in the book The Ultimate Guide To Pushups by David Nordmark. A detailed explainantion of the "Double Max" method can be found here.
Simple and easy 'Quick Setup'
1. Click on "Set New Max"
2. Enter your new Max pushup amount
3. Click on "Calculate"
4. The newly calculated list of "sets" will appear.
5. Choose "Start Today" and "Repeat" as desired.
6. Click on "Save" in the upper right corner.
Your next workout date and required sets will be displayed. When you complete a set click on "Completed" to update your next workout date, % of goal, and history.
Push100 keeps track of your pushup workout history. You can clear the history at any time or use the 'Clear on new Max' setting in your iOS Settings > Preferences for the Push100 App.
